I have booked and paid full amount for shifting my households from Kerala to Bengaluru. As agreed, delivery van reached destination on time. I had informed them to shift the things to room by 10 am. Even after 2½ hours, items are still in the vehicle. People who supposed to shift the things from van to room not yet reached (as per the manager from their Kozhikode office, they supposed to reach here 10, 10.30, 11, 11.30, 12 and the time goes on... Such a irresponsible behaviour from the company and total waste of my time.
